He does have help (his top writer was profiled in the NYT, I believe, a few weeks ago) but he ensures the words that come from his mouth are believably his.

On another note, one I know you’ve heard a lot, I can’t believe I’ve never seen a blog formatted like this before, with each post being a canvas and not a template. It’s a brilliant idea.
